I have air suspension on my prime mover/trailer, which sensor kit do I need?

For prime movers and trailers with air suspension, there are two AppWeigh products on offer: AppWeigh Standard Kit and AppWeigh Tough Kit

AppWeigh Standard Kit provides everything you need to get started.
AppWeigh Tough Kit is a robust kit for harsh environments. Fully potted in a mountable metal case, the AppWeigh Tough Kit is ruggedized for brutal terrains or tough working conditions.

All kits are supplied with your specified pair of push-to-connect air fittings in either 6mm, 8mm, 10mm or 12mm OD tube size, or 3/8″, 1/4″ or 1/2″ fittings. Simply select your preferred fittings at checkout.

How many AppWeigh Sensors do I need?

One sensor kit is required for each leveling valve of each axle group being monitored. Most axle groups will typically have only one leveling valve, so most truck/trailer combos will require two sensors, one for the drive axles of the truck, and one for the axles on the trailer. Confirm your specific equipment.

Pro Tip: The AppWeigh sensor kits come with everything needed to install directly in-line within the suspension, but this may limit the range of the Bluetooth signal. For best results, prior to fitting, choose a location that will maximise the Bluetooth range. This may require running additional airline to the AppWeigh Kit.

I have mechanical/steel suspension on my prime mover/trailer, which sensor kit do I need?

Steel Suspension Kit provides everything you need to measure loads on your steel suspension prime mover or trailer.
